License Terms

When you purchase a Quotasmith Field Manual or the Operator Bundle, Anthony Day LLC grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the materials for your own personal professional development. You keep what you bought. The license does not expire and is not tied to any ongoing account or subscription.

• Read the materials for your own learning and reference.
• Adapt the prompts, templates, and frameworks for your own deals, accounts, and work product, including work performed for any current or future employer.
• Take notes, annotate, and store the materials in your personal knowledge base.
• Quote brief portions in conversation, in coaching settings, or in your own writing, with credit to Quotasmith.

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the materials in their original form with anyone outside your personal use.
• Post the materials publicly, upload them to file-sharing services, or include them in training data for third-party models.
• Repackage or rebrand the materials and sell them as your own, in whole or in substantial part.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, attributions, or any other markings.
• Provide access to the materials to your team or colleagues unless they have purchased their own license.

One purchase equals one operator. If your team wants access to the Field Manuals, each operator needs their own copy. We are not currently offering team or enterprise plans. If you have a specific need, email hello@quotasmith.com and we will work something out.

The license is yours, not your employer's. If you change jobs, the license travels with you. There is nothing in these terms that ties you to a specific company or that gives your employer any rights to the materials.

You may use the materials as input to AI tools you use personally (chatbots, agents, code editors) for your own work. You may not use the materials to fine-tune, train, or improve any model that is offered to third parties.

Derivative works you create using the materials as a starting point (your own playbooks, decks, internal docs) are yours, provided that they do not substantially reproduce the underlying Quotasmith materials and that you do not market them as Quotasmith products.

Nothing in this license transfers ownership of any Quotasmith material. All right, title, and interest in the materials remain with Anthony Day LLC.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. On termination, you agree to stop using the materials and delete any copies in your possession.

Refund of your purchase under the Refund Policy terminates this license on the date the refund is processed. You agree to delete refunded materials, except that materials you have already cited or quoted in your own work (under the "What you can do" section above) may remain in that work.
