Refund Policy

Every Quotasmith purchase (single Field Manuals and the Operator Bundle alike) comes with a 30 days money back guarantee. If you have applied at least one Field Manual to a real operating moment within 30 days of purchase and it has not changed how you operate, we refund the full purchase price.

You keep the manuals. We do not claw back files. The refund is yours.

1. Reply to your Shopify receipt email within 30 days of purchase.
2. Name one Field Manual you applied and one operating moment you applied it to.
3. We process the refund within two business days. The original charge is reversed in full.

The Operator Bundle includes all six Field Manuals plus the first Horizon Brief. FM-01 ships immediately on purchase; FM-02 through FM-06 release monthly through November 2026.

The 30 days refund window starts on the day FM-01 ships to you (which is also the day of purchase). If you decide within 30 days that the bundle is not for you and have applied at least one Field Manual to a real operating moment, we refund the full bundle price. Future Field Manuals that have not yet shipped to you will be removed from your access on refund; the Field Manuals you already received are yours to keep.

When you buy a single Field Manual for $199, the same 30 days window and the same effort-gated standard apply. Apply the manual to a real operating moment. If it does not change how you operate, reply to the receipt and we refund in full. You keep the manual.

• Purchases more than 30 days old. The window is firm.
• The free Field Brief newsletter. Nothing to refund. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
• Disputes with your payment processor or card network. Contact us first; we will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback.
• Future Field Sessions (cohort and 1:1) products, which will have their own refund terms when offered.

The 30 days apply-one-manual guarantee is built on good faith. If we identify repeated patterns of buy-then-refund cycles, we reserve the right to decline future purchases from those accounts and to require a fresh good-faith standard before issuing another refund.
