Terms of Use

By accessing or using Quotasmith (the "Site") or subscribing to the Field Brief newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or subscribe.

Quotasmith is operated by Anthony Day LLC, a single-member limited liability company ("we," "us," or "Company"). The mailing address and registered jurisdiction are listed at the bottom of this page.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the newsletter or otherwise use the Site. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the email address you provide is accurate and yours to use.

Quotasmith offers two things to operators on the technical side of enterprise tech sales:

• Field Brief — a free weekly email newsletter written for Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Architects, and other operators.
• Field Manuals — paid one-time digital products at $199 each, or as the Operator Bundle (all six manuals plus the first Horizon Brief) at $797 (or $497 founder pricing through June 30, 2026).

Field Brief and the Field Manuals are educational and informational. They are not coaching, consulting, employment, financial, legal, or medical advice.

Field Sessions (cohort and 1:1) products may be offered later. These Terms will be updated when those products launch, and the updated Terms will apply to any purchase.

The Field Brief newsletter is free. There is no charge to subscribe. We do not auto-bill, do not store payment information, and do not require a credit card to receive the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or by emailing hello@quotasmith.com. We do not retain your email address after you unsubscribe other than what is required to honor the unsubscribe request.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or the newsletter to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activity.
• Republish, redistribute, or repackage newsletter content in a commercial product or service without written permission. Quoting brief portions with attribution is fine.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Site at scale without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or system associated with the Site.

All Site content, newsletter content, branding, copy, and code are the property of Anthony Day LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Subscribing to the newsletter does not transfer any ownership rights in the content to you.

The Site and the newsletter use third-party services for delivery, analytics, hosting, and email. Beehiiv handles newsletter sending and subscriber management. Vercel hosts the Site. Cloudflare handles DNS. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

The Site and the newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantees about career outcomes, income, promotion, or any specific result from reading the newsletter. See the full Disclaimer page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Anthony Day LLC, its members, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the Site or the newsletter.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the newsletter is limited to USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthony Day LLC and its members and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or the newsletter.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henrico County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
